Sheila Giovannini, M.A., CCC-A
Licensed and Certified Audiologist
Ms. Giovannini recieved her Master's Degree in Audiology from Western Michigan in 1982. She is licensed by the State of New York and certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
She has been providing hearing healthcare services to the children and adults of our community since 1983. Today, those services include comprehensive hearing evaluations, counseling, hearing aid dispensing, assistive listening devices, electronystagmography(ENG), otoacoustic emissions(OAE) and auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing.

Mary Ellen Allington

Mary Ellen has been with Southern Tier Audiology since its inception in December 1990. She holds an Associates Degree in Executive Secretarial Science from SUNY at Alfred and is our in-office third -party billing and insurance expert.If she doesn't know the answer, she'll get it for you.
Colleen Boudreau

Colleen joined Southern Tier Audiology in September, 1998. Colleen's background includes years of customer service experience. She is responsible for answering the telephones, scheduling and confirming appointments, data entry, and much,much more!
Kimberly Vann

Kim has been with the practice since February, 2006. You will likely speak with Kim when you call to schedule an appointment or request batteries.
Mary Ellen, Colleen and Kim have experience in performing minor hearing aid repairs, change earmold tubing, and clean hearing aids with our Mark IV hearing aid cleaning system. Please, feel free to stop in to see them anytime!
